At Scented Samples, we want you to find your perfect match, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for unopened and unused fragrance products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on samples that have been sprayed or opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original vials and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
